add a column adjacent to the far right column of a pdf file

Hello Everyone

My issue I have a pdf file recieved from another source , I can edit the file but I need to put a column adjacent to far right header No de ligne in the blank space adjacent to it  can anyone assist how to do this .

The file contains more 50 pages .

                                                                                                                                                                                         expected results the columns item header but                                                                                                                                                                                                    should be blank that is 1,2 ,3,4

Acrobat is a very poor editor. The report looks like it was generated from a computer program. See if the creator can create the report the way you  need it.
