Adobe friends. Please turn this off or give uses an option to turn this off. The dialog box is way too large and in the way of the cusor. See attached.

Hi @-=MRCLEVELAND=-

If you go to preferences under the Menu tab, You should be able to turn those off by selecting the General Category, and uncheck "Show Quick actions on text selection". Let us know if that helps.
