Add continuous page number across portfolio pdfs (not one by one)

hey all,

i have a problem, when i add header then add page number to portofolio , adobe add page number for each pdf alone (from 1) and next pdf start from 1 again, is it possible to have continuous pages number across all portfolio pdfs.

i see, but i think it's possible to do this with javascript, i am a web developer but with less knowledge about js in adobe, maybe someone with adobe javascript experience can help me here, coz i don't know where to start!

I actually specialized in creating such scripts for Acrobat, but I'm not sure it will be possible, as the files need to be "disclosed" for JS to be able to access them ones they are opened.
