Add header in pdf print

Hi,

I have to add an header during the pdf print from MS Excel.

at the beginning of each page i wish to add an image like this:

How can i do?

it would be useful also add a footer at the end of the document.

Another option is to do it in Excel as a header.

  • File > Page Setup > Header/Footer
  • Custom Footer (or Custom Header)
  • Center Section (or left or right)
  • Insert picture button > choose image

You can't do it if you print the file to the Adobe PDF printer. It can be done after the file is created, using the Add Watermark or Add Background feature of Acrobat.

Another option of doing it is by adding an "image" field, setting it to display the desired image and then duplicating it across all pages.

I  also recommend adding your headers & footers within Excel before you export to PDF.
