Adding more dictionaries

My Acrobat Reader has only one English dictionary in the spelling settings. There are no others that can be added. Why? How can one add new dictionaries?

To do what? By that I mean that Spell Check can only spell-check comments; not the text in the document pages. In comparing both Acrobat Pro, and free Reader, the Pro version offers many languages, but Reader offers the 1 you chose when you installed it.
