Adobe 2017 Freeze on Install

Hello,

 

I am trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (Classic) on Mac OS10.15. Each time I try, the installer freezes on the Read Me step, without loading the text or allowing for a continue. I have already attempted to restart the computer. Any suggestions?

    UPDATE: I was having trouble using the link provided by Office Depot.  When I downloaded the latest installer package (from Mar 5), I was able to install Acrobat Pro 2017 (Classic) without a problem https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-2017-downloads.html.  TY!

    Hello -- I'm experiencing the same problem.  I've been using Acrobat DC for over a year but I do not like it.  I bought a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 (Classic) and tried to install it on macOS Catalina (v 10.15.3) three times.  The installer freezes on the Read Me step.  I read the two articles shared above but none addressed this issue.  Any suggestions will be appreciated.  Thank you, Rosane
