I have Acrobat 9 Pro installed on a brand new Dell desktop XPS 8900 with new Win 10 (not upgraded); with more than the Adobe min system requirements for 9 Pro. All documents viewed in the 9 Pro on this new device are consistently blurry--across ALL documents & images. Also the toolbars in the Adobe 9 Pro program itself have a blur to them as well on the new computer setup.
The same 9 Pro views perfectly on my two older devices with Win 10 upgrade when looking at the exact same documents: desktop (HP pavilion p7qe year 2011) and laptop computer (Dell Inspiron 5720 year 2012).
I have tried EVERYTHING I can find suggested on both Adobe online help and on general forums on the web including uninstall, reinstall, repair both the program itself and the new graphics driver/card; change smoothing and other settings etc. in the 9 Pro preferences; nothing so far is fixing the problem.
I am stymied as to why the Adobe 9 Pro still works well on a Win 10 upgrade setup but not on this new computer. All my other software programs are viewing normally on the new setup.
Does anyone have additional workarounds or tips to sharpen the view?
I don't have the $$ right now to upgrade to a newer Acrobat program.

Hi Shivam,
Hi Shivam,
Here is a screenshot of a doc in 9 Pro on the new desktop. However it seems to be difficult to see what I'm seeing here in this reduced size upload. Even the Adobe interface has a blurry 'film' look when opened on my screen; I can't really see it here though

I would like to mention that i was able to read the text and its readable, there might be chances that the incompatibility between Acrobat 9 and Windows 10 causing this behavior or it might be related to Graphics.
