Question

Adobe account does not show Activated Device, but I am signed in to Acrobat on workstation

I have purchased Adobe Acrobat Pro 20.0.  The perpetual license, not the subscription.  I have installed it on my workstation and signed in with the Serial Number.

When I log in to my Adobe account online, it shows the product as being registered.  When I go to the Activated Devices screen, there is nothing there.  How do I get my workstation to show up here?

*bump*

I have learned the hard way that it is very important to get your active devices listed at the Adobe online account. I had a workstation crash.  I could not reinstall my Adobe software on my new workstation because there was no way to sign out of the software on that dead workstation.  I had to buy the program again.

That is not a valid answer... Adobe needs to ensure perpetual licences are able to be used as advertised.

I had my devices listed as activated devices and they have been deleted by Adobe.
