Adobe Acrobat 24.1 Pen not working

In Adobe 24.1 on M/soft surface the pen tool does not work!

It draws - and then the line disappears!

It is one of the most useful tools...................and it only just started happening  

What do I do?

I can't uninstall Adobe

I can't update Adobe

I can't use Adobe

...................not very helpful..................

Hope you are doing well.

What is the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.02.20759 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3RcV6jx, reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3VrXiXd;
