Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro, 2017 Volume License quantity of users

It is worth noting that support for that version was discontinued back in 2013.

You will not receive any type of technical support from Adobe for that particular version since their recommended guidance (ten years ago) was to upgrade to latest version(s):

Nevertheless, the main question would be, if you have the installation media and the original licensing key(s)?

In which case, if all software was purchased  legitimately through Adobe, I'd suggest to contact Adobe Customer Care to work around how to upgrade and save some money if Adobe can offer a discount.
