My Adobe Acrobat isn't showing options for the AI features. I'm based in USA and running USA based OS and programs. I'm using Adobe Acrobat version 2024.002.20895 (64-bit), running Windows 11 Enterprise version 22H2 OS build 22621.3880 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1020.0 (English).
I've tried the solutions in the forum linked below, including deleting the Acrobat files in my AppData folders, but it didn't work. I was able to get the New Acrobat running, but there's no "Generative AI" section in my preferences and no AI Assistant button anywhere in the program.
Is it because I'm in an Adobe for Enterprise plan? I can get Firefly in Photoshop to work, so I don't see why I can't get AI in Acrobat to work.

Just an update in case this helps anyone. Apparently, my adobe plan doesn't include Adobe Acrobat's AI features. Weird since I can use AI features in Photoshop. Oh well.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I have this same problem. How long before the Acrobat Enterprise version that works with AI Assistant works, and can I get a refund and/or cancel my AI plan until then? Thanks.

I have a similar issue, I bought the IA feature for students, unfortunately it doesn't work for all my documents, I wish I knew if I'm doing something wrong, since I find the tool very useful.
