Adobe Acrobat Chrome Extension

Adobe Acrobat Chrome Extension version 15.1.1.3 is not working properly in Chrome. Every time I try to convert a webpage, it does not convert that page, it converts some other material or text. It used to be working fine last few weeks. Please help or fix the problem.

    Thanks for reaching out. As described above, Adobe Acrobat Chrome Extension version 15.1.1.3 is not working properly, correct?

     

    We tried to reproduce the issue at our end and its working fine. Would you mind sharing somemore information for a better understanding:

     

    • What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC installed? To check the version of the application please use the help article https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
    • What is the version of the OS?
    • Please try to open the webpage in incognito mode chrome and check if its working there.
    • You may try creating the PDF of the Webpage from the file menu of the application, and see if that helps:
      Open Adobe Acrobat DC > File > Create > PDF from Webpage

    Also please check for any update for chrome and try adding the extension again.

    * Adobe Acrobat 11.0.23

    * Windows 7 Home Premium version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601
    * I can't check the problem in incognito mode because in that mode the chrome extensions are not loaded.
    * I tried removing and adding the extension, and it's the same.
     
    Chrome is up to date.
