I got 2gb of free storage on Adobe Acrobat Cloud storage and same space is shared with Adobe Scan mobile app for uploading the scans.

When checked the size of all files it hardly consume less than 100mb of space and my storage is showing as i have utilized full 2gb of space.

I am unable to upload any files on https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/ and it shows below error.

Hi Zeeshan,

Thanks for reaching out

This is correct that Document Cloud has free storage of 2GB. If you are unable to save the file online then try these steps and see if this helps

1- Login on Document Cloud web: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/

2- Look under the Document, look for Shared by you and Shared by others folders under the Files tab

3- Clear the occupied space by deleting the files stored under these tabs.

Are you able to upload the files on Document Cloud now? Did it help?

Thanks,

Akanchha
