Adobe Acrobat (Continuous Release) - Have to Sign in Every Day

We just switched over to the continuous release (version 2025.001.20474), and we're now required to sign into Adobe Acrobat every day, sometimes multiple times a day, when we open a PDF. Since our organization requires 2FA for all logins, this is a major pain in the you know where. Is there a way to minimize how often you have to sign in? Our IT department claims that it is Adobe's fault, however, most of us tend to not trust what they tell us.

Hi @paulbeazer

Thank you for reaching out with your question.

The easiest way to fix this is to ask your IT admin to open a ticket with our dedicated enterprise support team via the Admin console.

This process depends on several variables, such as the type of user profile a user has, such as roaming, which is aka non-persistent (where license information can't be stored for long). You can check deployment options here: https://adobe.ly/3Fp1wt8;

If you want to continue discussing this here, could you provide more information on what type of user profile users have on machines? Has the Acrobat installer been customized? How is the deployment done on machines for Acrobat?
