Adobe Acrobat Current Subscription not accessible

I am a part of an organization that set up a subscription for Adobe Acrobat in July 2021, which is valid through Dec 2026. Unfortunately, the subscription, which was activated on my laptop, is no longer recognized. Our logins are not working and when promted to verify a serial number, it says it's already in use. We cannot reach a real person on chat. Can anyone help us to recover our subscription?

Is it as simple as uninstalling and installing, since there was an update in November 2021?

Thank you for your link - I was able to speak with someone over the phone. Turns out that when you run updates of any kind there is a chance you may have to go back and reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro. They helped me to find out which email address the program was registered under and I have reinstalled. Very helpful to speak to a person!

What kind of subscription do you have? I suppose it's an Enterprise subscription. If it is an Enterprise subscription, one of your administrators can contact Adobe support via the admin console.

 

Furthermore, let the administrator check that you have a licence attributed.
