Adobe Acrobat Current Subscription not accessible
I am a part of an organization that set up a subscription for Adobe Acrobat in July 2021, which is valid through Dec 2026. Unfortunately, the subscription, which was activated on my laptop, is no longer recognized. Our logins are not working and when promted to verify a serial number, it says it's already in use. We cannot reach a real person on chat. Can anyone help us to recover our subscription?
Is it as simple as uninstalling and installing, since there was an update in November 2021?
