Adobe Acrobat DC 2015 log in issue

Hi all,

 

I have a user that uses this older version and I just installed it for a user and when it is launched it immediately wants a sign in.  However, when I click Sign In the following window never displays anything but the below screen.

 

It never gives me the option enter anything.  I have installed and reinstalled, checked for updates as best I can and repaired the install.  Nothing has worked.  I have installed this version on many computers without any issues until now.

SAme problem with Acrobat 2017 Standard/Pro

Any luck with that version?  I have tried repairing, updating, reinstalling, trying under a local admin, running as admin.  Nothing works and it is frustrating.  Is this Adobe's way of saying buy a subscription?
