Adobe Acrobat DC Crashes when trying to combine 200+ .pdf files into one Binder.

We use multiple versions of Adobe Acrobat to manage files.  We receive many .pdf files throughout the week and want to combine into one Binder for easier search and archiving.  When trying to Combine, we can get all the way to where we are asked to Save the new Combined file and the program crashes.  Anyone else experience this and have a remedy?
