Adobe Acrobat DC Error 0xc00000022

I keep getting this error message when I open Adobe Acrobat DC:

"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000022). Click OK to close the application."

After I click OK, the program stays open, but I get the error message every 5 seconds afterwards. I have already tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat, and logging out and in to my CC account; but nothing has worked. Please help! I can't get any work done!

Thank you. Although, I am still getting the same error message. It won't even let me save out PDFs now...
