Adobe Acrobat DC keeps quitting unexpectedly when I am typing after only a few lines. What can I do to stop this from happening

Any help would be appreciated!

We'll need a little more information, please.  What tool are you using. and what are you typing (in general)?  If you are trying to create a document from scratch, and a PDF is your desired outcome, don't try to create it in Acrobat.  Create it in a program that is designed for composition/layout, such as MS Word, InDesign, etc.  Acrobat is not intended to be a document composition tool, and the type layout and input capabilities are very rudimentary.
