Adobe Acrobat DC Pro Windows 11

I have a user that is having issues with signing documents in Adobe Pro on Windows 11. He is first having issues with signing on on the actual app. He receives the window below that continues to spin. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Only once did it let him sign in. When he went to sign document Adobe immediately popped up that window. Any IdeasMicrosoftTeams-image.png

In your screenshot, the user session is controlled remotely on a Micrososft Edge window.

Also, the Adobe Acrobat that is opened in the background shows that no one has signed in with their AdobeID.

Would you mind clarifying what else could be going on in that networked environment or was the screenshot taken remotely to just to illustrate the point?

That's the thing when he tries to sign in that is the window that he receives. Do we need to change his default browser?

So, you don't know anything about the "controlled remotely" message at the top of the screen?
