Adobe Acrobat DC Properties "manager" button grayed out

So I'm trying to set a custom size to print some labels with my thermal printer but in Acrobat properties the "manager" button is grayed out that I need to use in order to change the size. Any idea why this may be happening? Thermal printer is on and functioning like normal.

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

To understand the root cause of this problem, just want to confirm a few things here:

1- Is the document you are working with created by you? Or have you received it from someone?

It could be that the file is secured, and it doesn't allow you to change its size. Open Document>right click> Document Properties> Security.

2- Please check the same with any other file.

3- Does your printer allows the printing for such sizes?
