I downloaded adobe acrobat in 2019, and I've been trying to get rid of the 60 gigs it's taking up. I've unninstalled it, and it didn't free up any space! 60 gigs is way too much and it's getting larger and larger. I need to find out a solution or my computer will be unusable

Where do you measure the space, exactly? Some things count wrong.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, the application is taking 60 gigs of the space on your system and getting larger and larger.

Adobe Acrobat DC requires 2GB of RAM and 4.5 GB of hard disk space please check the help page Adobe Acrobat system requirements, supported platforms

As described you have uninstalled it once but it haven't free up any space. Please try to remove the application using the Acrobat Cleaner Tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html  , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal
