Hallo,

seit Heute öffnet sich DC nicht mehr.

Habe mir aktuelle Updates installiert und neu gestartet. 

Auch eine Neuinstallation hat leider nicht funktioniert.

 

Was kann ich noch machen?

More information is needed, starting with:

- What's your OS version?

- What exact version of Acrobat you had installed?

- How did you try to open it? Are you opening a file by double-clicking it, or the application directly? etc.

I've just changed to MacOS Monterey. Acrobat Reader DC freezes immediately. I have to force quit.

I don't know what exact version of Acrobat Reader DC I had installed because it freezes when I open it. 

I open it in the usual way - by clicking on the program icon or on a *.pdf.

I am amazed that this problem has been known for a couple of months now but there is no comprehensive statement on what to do from Adobe! And I am a subscriber like amny others!

What can I and others in Austria do to get it working again, please?
