Adobe acrobat font letter

Hi, for some reasons in our form the letter ''i'' looks like a capital I. When we zoom in to 125%, you notice that is actually an ''i'' but the font (and only for this specidic letter) is bigger than the rest.

Is the font actually embedded in the PDF file?

If you can please provide a sample PDF file exhibiting this issue. Otherwise, it is virtually impossible for anyone here to assist you.
