Hi everyone,
Can anybody please help with identifying if "Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft 365" plug-in/add-on is free for Pakistan? and does deploying this will allow all members of SharePoint Online Site to edit or add comments online simultaneously?
Here is the link:
The issue is that I have a PDF document that is an Photoshop image template at backend, so it cannot be converted into Word file, hence it remains as PDF, now PDF cannot be "Opened in App" on SharePoint Online, they just "Open in browser". When Word or Excel files are opened in browser, all members can edit simultaneously however, for PDFs there is no option to edit or add comments online, I found the above plug-in as a solution however, I am not sure if this would allow all users to add comments simultaneously? and is it for free?
Please help!
@sameer_puri can you help? or connect with someone who can help?

There is nothing in the world to edit PDF files simultaneously, so far as I know.

Hi Test Screen Name,
Thank you for your response,
The following link tells a different story. Can you please check once.

Also, editing online and editing online simultaneously for all users, both are different things. Do you mean both are not possible?

I was only addressing _simultaneous_ editing. The web page you mentioned seems to say you will be able to edit online, but I do not see that it mentions simultaneous editing.
Also, I should say, are we only talking about editing comments? It may be that a solution exists - but I do not know of one [what I mean is, it does not seem impossibly difficult for a skilled PDF developer to make such a solution]. I think it is unlikely indeed that a simultaneous editing solution exists for the general case of editing PDF text (which Acrobat Pro can do, and Acrobat Reader cannot do).

Agreed.
My requirement is only to allow members of a SharePoint Online site to annotate or add comments/sticky notes simultaneously which I suppose is not possible yet, however, since SharePoint Online provides simulaenous use capability but not on PDFs. I suppose if somebody had deployed the above plug-in in their organization can help me with confirming the same.
Thanks tho.
