Hi,

You should look at the event viewer to find out more information about the internal error message 11 ways to open Event Viewer in Windows 10 and Windows 11 (digitalcitizen.life).

Is the Assistive Tech message appearing for all pdf that you open or just a specific one?

Also, for both questions you asked, is this a new issue or something that happens only for specific documents or after an update/upgrade?

Yes it appears in all PDF files.

Is this a new issue or something that happens only for specific documents or after an update/upgrade?
Yes it started 2 weeks ago, but before Windows update.
