Adobe acrobat license expired

I have athe adobe complete through work on a new computer and want to be able to have acrobat on my old one and purchased a seperate plan. Its not allowing me to open and gives me a popup saying license is expired: Adobe acrobat has been running with grace license on this device belonging to Complete.

More information. Please contact your administrator to renew the license and continue using this product uninterrupted. If the license is already renewed, please wait 15 minutes and try again.

 

I've uninstalled, ran the deactivate adobe licensing toolkit, waited 15 mins, but nothing seems to work.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat.

 

We checked with the email address registered here in the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat on your account. 

 

We suggest installing the Creative Cloud Application on your computer-> logging out from Acrobat Application, and then logging back in with the same email address with the subscription.
