Adobe Acrobat Licensing hängt - macbook pro m1 Chip

Hallo Liebe Community,

ich habe ein Problem mit der Lizensierung von Adobe Acrobat 2020,

die Lizensierungsanwendung hängt bei mir, ich verwende ein Macbook Pro mit M1 Chip.

Ich habe schon mehrere Versuche unternommen, von der Neuinstallation bis hin zu dem Tip mit der Terminaleingabe, bisher hat noch nichts funktioniert, vielleicht hat ja einer von euch eine Lösung, vielen dank im Voraus,

Hello Torsten,

 

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with installation of Acrobat 2020.

 

I would suggest you to visit the system requirements page for Acrobat 2020 with Mac which could primarily cause the issues with installation.
