adobe acrobat loop

If I click on the account or apps button, the app gives me this screen, and it does not disappear until I restart from the task manager.

I tried to

1. Restart the app.

2. Restart the PC.

3. Reinstall the app.

So please help.

Also I tried to run the app as adminstrator and did not work.
