Adobe Acrobat Memory Error

I am getting the following error code from Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows:
Windows - Application Error

The instruction at 0x00007FFAD1B0ED7D referenced memory at 0x0000000000000018. The memory could not be read.

I verified that the RAM on this device was working correctly and has no manufacturer errors. I also reinstalled Adobe Acrobat Pro. Is there anything else I can do to help resolve this issue?
