Hello,
The machine is installed with Acrobat 11 standard which is used in many machines in our organization, seems one machine has this issue, let me try to reinstall the acrobat 11 standard and see if it works, else let you know

Looks like you are running an old version of Acrobat. This was only resolved (if it was resolved at all) around the middle of 2020, astonishingly late.
