Question

Adobe Acrobat (newest version) keeps crashing

I'm running a Mac Studio (2023), Chip Apple M2 Max, Memory 64 GB

macOS Ventura 13.4

Every time I try to open a PDF file, after about five or 10 seconds Adobe Acrobat crashes.

I have the full adobe creative suite. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling 1 billion times.

For a few weeks, it could open PDF files less than 150 pages.

Currently, it can't even open a two page PDF

It is such an unfortunate thing; in the 1990s, my adobe acrobat could open files without a problem. But now that I have a Mac studio, I wish I could just have adobe acrobat that would not crash every single time I open it

I updated to Mac OSX Sequoia, uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat reader — still crashes, even with a file only 2 pages long

I am having the exact same issue with my mac studio and adobe. I brought the mac to the apple store for them to check and make sure it is not a hardware issue. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the operating system and removed and reinstalled adobe. I even had a remote session with adobe where they took control of my computer and removed adobe files that were not necessary and reinstalled the latest version. Adobe please help

Dude, have they solved this for you yet? This has been happening to me for last 1-2 months and going crazy
