Sorry for the hard language, Just to show my frustation !

You dumbasss idiot, how the hell i know which file i have open if you don' show file names ? Why are you picking the tab names from document content ? How the hell i know which document is that before I read the content and title. What if i have two versions for the same document, even if I name it as "abc.pdf" and "xyz.pdf" you are showing the tabe names exactly same because both has same title inside, how will I differentiate once open ? You expect me to remeber  the tab position when i have 20-30 pdf's open ? Who is that stupid fellow agreed to this feature, non sense.

Correct answer J. M. S.

In the settings under documents you can choose to always show the file name as document title

In my version, I can not.  This is quite frustrating.

You need Acrobat to be able to do it, not the free Reader.

Instead of apologizing up-front, why not remove the abusive language before making your post?

I do have an answer for you, including a solution, but I'm not inclined to share it after you insulted everyone who reads your post. Good luck.

well, I wasn't expecting a reply.

And it was not to insult the readers, It was intened for the developers and product managers who rolled out this application. It's really irritating when people forget the basic things about a software, being such giant in software industry and if they cannot think a basic functionality for customer its just because they think they are monopoly and they can enforce their stupidity on customers.

Do you think everyone should come to this community forum to figure out a basic functionality ? My organisation allows only adobe, you don't get time to sit and read the complete settings when you have to finish a mountain of work. So , I still stand on my word, whoever decided to dissable the file name is really a dump idiot.
