If this is only occurring with large PPTX files, it could be due to the file size or complexity (like heavy images, animations, or fonts) causing the Acrobat application to lag or get stuck. Sometimes, the application version struggles with bigger files, while the web version handles them a bit better.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Application you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.205XX. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the device once and see if that works.

I tried the webversion adn it is workign fine. I 'll prefer web itself most of the times
