Adobe Acrobat PDF Closes For Subscription

Each time I open a PDF file it gives me this attached message, and if I close it, the application closes all together.  I have a creative cloud account, and I used to have the ability to download and read pdf files. Do I  have to buy Adobe Acrobat in order to read PDF files now? Any assitance would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
