I am having the same issue. I was literally using the application yesterday, and now I can't open the application or any PDF's. Any recommendations to fix this?

We were also having some issues connecting to Adobe licensing servers yesterday. Don't know if it is happening today as well.

Can you provide some more details:

  • Did Acrobat work before and when did it change?
  • What OS are you using?
  • Does this happen when you try to open the app only or when you open a document, or both?
  • Is this a personal device or work computer?
