Adobe Acrobat pop up with different email

Hello Community,

We are running into an issue where when the user opens the Adobe Acrobat pro dc it pops up with the window where it requests to sign a free trial or buy now or quit Adobe option. Somehow, it's linked with the user's personal email address. We have paid subscription with another email address, no option to sign with another user.
We have tried uninstalling the package, deleted the Applications folder from his mac, restarted, installed a fresh install but it seems like it keeps a cache info of the user's personal email address.
He is using MacOS 12.4 latest version. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.

As mentioned that you are not getting an option to switch to the correct email on the application.

Here is a discussion kindly follow the correct answer, that will help to erase the previous login data and then you can login with the correct email.
