Adobe Acrobat Pop-Ups and Notofications

Hi,
We are developing RPA solution for our process using BluePrism which interacts with Adobe Acrobat.
We are facing many pop-ups and notifications windows in random manner while running our Bot process which terminates the BOT process by throwing exceptions. We have turned disabled the notification check box even though we are facing lot of notifications.

Can you suggest a solution to get turned off the notifications.
