Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 serial number

Hi Everyone,

I purchased the Student and teacher edition of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 from Best Buy about two weeks ago and did all the necessary stuff to prove I'm a student and recieved an activation code/serial number or whatever it's called.

I'm still having trouble registering my copy.  In fact, I'm getting messages that my serial number isn't valid.

How do I fix this?  I paid for it and want to use it!!!!
