Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Student and Teacher Edition digital download problem

I recently purchased the digital copy for MAC for Acrobat Pro 2017 (S&T) and during the installation it stalled at the "read me" and would not advance.  Looking to see how to get it to install, any suggestions?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to download the Adobe Acrobat pro 2017

 

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to install the application? Do you get any error message or code while installing? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool here:  Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , reboot the computer and try to install the application using the link Acrobat download and installation help   and se if that works for you.

 

If it still doesn't work, please create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try installing the application there and check.
