I purchased the Adobe Acrobat Pro (I have it registered, with serial number) for a Mac with Intel processor. Now I have changed to a M4 processor MacBook and it doesn't work. Is there any upgrade of the Acrobat Pro 2020 for it?

Hello!

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for sharing the steps which worked for you.

Note: Acrobat 2020 is the Classic version and is activated with a serial number. For more details see this article: https://adobe.ly/3FF1DRe

If you download Acrobat from the Creative Cloud Desktop app, it is the continuous version, which is activated using an email address. See this article for detailed information: https://adobe.ly/4kYre7S

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Anand Sri.

Yes, the latest version is 2024.005 and should work on M4 (works on my M1 & M3). Can you try updating via Creative Cloud app?
(Adobe should update the system requirements, it stops at M2: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements.html )

This is the solution! I received it directly from the customer service chat. Here are the below steps:

"1) Close the blank screen login window.

2) Download Creative cloud desktop app from the below link , Sign in only , do not click on Start installing .

https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

3) Now, launch Acrobat 2020 and sign in.

Once you are signed in and logged in, you can remove the CC desktop app from your PC."
