Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 Random Black Box

Question

Hi,

I work in IT and a user who has Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 installed keep having a Black random box show up on her Adobe Acrobat 2020 Pro. I tried repairing the installation which did not work becuase the black box showed up again. The user mentioned this occurs when Adobe is open for long periods of time.

I have also tried the steps below which did not work the black box showed again after applying the changes below.

Edit menu>Preferences>Page Display>Rendering>Smooth Text>select None from the drop down options>OK

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? Please share the screenshot or a small video recording of the same for more clarity.

Is it the cursor of the mouse that turns to black box? If yes, please check the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://adobe.ly/3ScR6zs and see if that works.
