Adobe Acrobat pro 64-bit keeps crashing saying "insufficient memory". We have installed the 64-bit version after the crashing on 32-bit was very frequent. Now, although the crash is not frequent it does happen while user is on the final page editing it and lose all the work. Any suggestions on how to fix it would be great.

Hi Basanta,

Thank you for reaching out.

Try the troubleshooting steps suggested for the crash in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html.

Check if that helps.

Ensure that the application is updated to the latest version. Go to Help > Check for updates.

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with some particular PDF or the PDF from a specific folder?

Share the Acrobat version number.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
