My Adobe Acrobat keeps creating .log files names "gude-[DATE]" in my files when I am using Adobe Acrobat. When I open this .log file, it opens in NotePad and states the following:
"09:11:22:977 [CRITICAL] SharedConnection - Failed to open WinHTTP Session. The operation completed successfully.
, last error code = 0
09:11:23:505 [ERROR] Failed to Configure Secure Protocols. WinHTTP Incorrect Handle Type. last error code = 12018"
How do I fix this issue to keep this from happening? Any help would be appreciated.

Ignore that confusing file. For some time, several Adobe products create that file and confuses the users. It's an internal debugging file. And yes, basically it's a bug, that does not harm users, but only confuses them. I've never seen that, however, with Acrobat. I've seen that with Photoshop and Illustrator.

Thank you for your response. I knew it was a debugging file, but it is a pain to have to keep deleting them from our client's folders. I actually ran the "repair installation" and that seemed to stop it.
