Adobe Acrobat Pro damages pdf format

Community Beginner ,
May 27, 2022 May 27, 2022

Dear community,
I have a problem with my recently installed Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Every time I try to open a pdf file, the format of the file is missing. I know that the pdf files are not damaged, I even create a file by myself using word, but when I open it with Adobe, the format is missing again. Maybe I should change some Adobe preferences, but Im not sure which one is the right one. An example of the problem is attached. Hopefully some one knows the answer to this problem.
Thanks!

How are you converting the Word file to PDF, exactly?

Hi,

Im using standard Save as Adobe pdf option. Besides, the problem occurs with every pdf file, not only with the example im giving. Here you can see another example, a pdf I downloaded and opened with google and opened with my Adobe Acrobat.

I assume the first screen shot is of Word. Have you looked at the PDF with any other app, for example Chrome or Edge? Please share screen shot from another PDF viewer app.
