I have a legacy Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 License for home, and a Pro DC subscription for work.
I wanted to use a signature that I use for work, so I made the mistake of logging out my home license and logging in my work license. Big mistake.
When I tried to go back to my 2015 verision I couldn't since it made changes and now required a subscription. I uninstalled and reinstalled so I could get back the 2015 version.
After 7 days - it is now saying my "trial is over"- but when I put in the serial number again, it doesn't activate.
I bought this version from Adobe, it is on my products page- but Adobe can't "find" the license.
Has anyone had a similar expreience and fixed it?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
If you purchased from https://adobe.ly/3xICQb1 or registered your product, you can locate the serial number as described here: https://adobe.ly/4d2g1PF
Note: Acrobat 2015 is an old and EOL application and not supported on the latest Mac and Win OS. https://adobe.ly/3Q9qm2C

Adobe: Here's software with a perpetual license.
Me: Oh ok, thanks. Here, take my money. It's only $400.
Years later -
Me: OH... My license no longer works? Well, let's login to my account and reactivate it using the serial number. OH... that doesn't work either. Wait.. I still have the installation disc, since I bought it retail! Well, that didn't work, either. Ok, let's contact Adobe.
Adobe: Oh, we are sorry. We have no idea what's going on. We see you have a valid Serial Number, but we are so sorry! Sorry.. SO SORRY...! We don't have a fix for you... So sorry. Just buy a $20 a month subscription. That'll solve your problem!
Also Adobe: Oh we only made $19.4Billion dollars last year. Kill the 2015 DC activation servers and stop "validating the licenses". Tell customer service to just upsell subs. Don't worry about the people that have already paid... They'll just have to pay again. Who needs ethics in Business?
From the EULA:
"If Adobe does not receive the recurring subscription payment or cannot validate the license, then the Software may become inactive without additional notice until Adobe receives the payment or validates the license."
