ADOBE ACROBAT PRO DC (2015)

Hi there, I have been using Acrobat Pro DC since 2013 and renewed it again in 2015, however I don't seem to have the full suite of EDIT tools when working on a document.  I pay a small amount per year.  I have an account with a serial number, but my account keeps saying I have no actual paid plans, whereas I have a SERIAL number and Acrobat Pro DC (2015).  Does this program still work or has it been upgraded and I have to also upgrade to another plan?  I'm a little confused about why I cannot get the full suite of TOOLS on this program.  It seems to work ONLINE but not actually on my PC.  Thank you.

Hi, I received an email from this person below advising about an Adobe email address, but told them I would not be sending the email as not sure it's legit.  The CHAT BOT is useless actually.

This is definitely a scam. Only those with the "Adobe Employee" tag under their names are legit.

Unfortunately, there are many fake ones here...

Hello there; it seems I don't have the full suite of editing tools from the 2015 Adobe Acrobat DC version, so I have now upgraded to the monthly ongoing subscriptions for Adobe Acrobat Pro current version, which is what I was after.  I do need to cancel my other subscription, serial [REMOVED] (can provide this when required) - which sits under 'PRODUCTS' and shows as 'Acrobat Professional', version 12, Dec 2015 (ongoing from 2013).  I had the student version and am still a student, but have now purchased the AUD$28.99/month ongoing.  How do I actually unsubscribe from the yearly $89 for the Acrobat Professional 2015 version - as I do not want to be paying for something that doesn't work.   Or should I not have upgraded and the 2015 version can be upgraded???  Thank you again.

NEVER POST A SERIAL NUMBER ONLINE!

I didn't post it all; only part of it.  Thank you anyway.

To ad to @try67's remarks: if you have a mobile subscription, that subscription may not appear as a plan in your Adobe ID account. It will be in the store you used to buy the plan, and it will have the features of that plan.

DC stands for Document Cloud. if you have a serial number, you have probably Acrobat Pro 2015 (without DC). See here for the different plans and products available: https://www.adobe.com/products/catalog.html#category=pdf

The two things don't coincide. You either paid a single sum (and maybe later some more for an upgrade) and have a serial number, OR you're paying yearly for a subscription. In the latter case you should have access to Acrobat DC, which is the current version with the full set of tools. In the former case you will have access to something like Acrobat 2020, or Acrobat 2015, which has all of the basic functionalities that Acrobat DC has, but maybe it's missing some of the newer features. So the first step is to find out what you actually have, and paid for... Then let us know what tools you're missing.
