Adobe Acrobat Pro DC activation

Hi there,

I've subscribed for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC since October 2016, but the application is still not activated.

I tried to sign out and back in in order to activate the product and it didn't work at all.

Please help me activating it, as I need for my daily work

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://www.adobe.com/account.html

if your acrobat subscription is current,

1. sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to pay for your subscription:  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

2. if 1 fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-reverts-to-trial.html

does it work also for Acrobat pro DC?

yes, but when I launch it in order to download Acrobat DC I only have the trial version, despite my subscription


follow the steps in message 1.  they apply to acrobat dc subscriptions, as well as, cc subscriptions.
