Question

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashes my Kitchen Design Software

I am having issues with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (32 bit) version 21.005.20048

It is causing my kitchen design software to crash and forcing me to re-set my 'default app' to another PDF reader application in order for me to continue using my kitchen design software. Please advise me as to how I can roll-back to an earlier DC version like Feb 25, 2021 (21.001.20142)?

And why is it that in the Creative Cloud Desktop if I click on the 3 black dots next to 'open' on any other Adobe program like Photoshop, I get the option to access "Older Versions" in the drop down menu ... but with Acrobat DC there is no option to access "older versions"?

Hello Amal,

We use 2020 Technologies - 2020 Design Software for 3D Kitchen Design. I
write our manufacturers catalog which contain HTML pages which use a web
browser to view PDF files within the design program using our product
catalog to select door styles & finishes.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC crashes your Kitchen Design Software and forcing you to re-set the 'default app' to another PDF reader application

What happens when you use the Acrobat Pro DC application. Do you get any error message? If yes please share the screenshot of the same Also please share the screen recording of the issue for a better understanding and try to reboot the computer once and see if that helps.

As mentioned you want to go back to the previous version, i have shared some more information with you in private message please check.

Hi Amal,

The Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application works fine on its own. No error messages.

I cannot reply to your private message ... your mailbox is FULL.

I followed your instructions to uninstall the Acrobat DC on my computer.

Then followed the link to download previous versions ...

Is this the full program I need to download and install?

as I get this message box ...

Please respond ...

Regards,

-Richard
