Question

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC install on more than one computer

The installation will not allow me to make the program default. Says I have already installed on two computers and have until the 28th to deactivate.  I have uninstalled on both computers because signing out did not fix the problem.

Hi Cathyb

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. you are getting the message that you have already installed on two computers.

If you purchased a single license for Adobe software, you can install the app on two computers. However, you can use it on only one computer at any given time. To install the app on a third computer, you must deactivate the app on one of the first two computers.

Ensure that you are connected to the Internet, launch the app you want to deactivate, and
choose Help > Deactivate.

Please go through the help pages listed below
https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/error-activation-limit-reached-sign.html
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/activate-deactivate-products.html
and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal, surely there is a way to get a subscription that allow me to activate more than tow comuters without having to constantly activate and deactivate the program.  I need it active on four. Jerry Michels

You need multiple Adobe IDs, separate accounts with separate subscriptions. Also ( it sure if this is relevant) people must not share subscriptions - it allows two computers only for the same person, not at the same time.
